This client approached us regarding a property they were interested in purchasing. The owner really liked the interiors of the residence but the exterior needed allot of help. We initially thought the building was a condominium until we were clarified that it actually was a residence. 

With budget in mind, we explored many superficial treatments to break the verticality of the building to achieve a more horizontal appearance and we added a new driveway and porte-cochere for convenient access for guests and groceries.
