Located in the Florida Everglades, Everglades Safari Park has been a tourist destination for over 60 years. PMD Architecture was approached to create a sense of place, a master plan for the re-development and re-positioning of the park for future expansion and entertainment. The master plan has three phases.

A new parking area for additional guest parking and tour bus accessibility, a new covered ticket building with waiting area and air boat docks including a new boat house for air boat servicing, and a new welcome center with a gift shop, restaurant and museum.
